What is a digital lease contract in MyHome?

A digital lease contract is a full lease that is drafted, sent, signed and verified through the system no paper, no in-person meeting. In MyHome it includes professional AI drafting, a graphic signature from mobile or desktop, OTP email verification, SHA-256 hashing of the final document and a Certificate of Completion. Contracts are available in Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian.
Is MyHome free to use?

Yes. There's a forever-free tier for landlords with one or two properties including all the core features: property management, tenant management, digital contracts, cash flow, maintenance and reports. Paid plans cover landlords with more properties and management companies that need white-label and API access.
Is my data safe?

Yes. The platform is built on database-level Row-Level Security (RLS), AES-256 encryption at rest and SSL/TLS 1.3 in transit, hosted in data centres with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. MyHome has no access to contracts, ID numbers or phone numbers entered by users that data stays only with you.
Does MyHome include an AI assistant?

Yes. A built-in AI assistant can see your properties, tenants and cash flow, answer data-grounded questions, draft contracts in Hebrew/English/Arabic/Russian and analyse profitability. It runs at three trust levels: Advisor (read-only), Partner (suggests actions for approval) and Agent (executes automatically with prior consent).
Which languages does MyHome support?

Does MyHome work on mobile?

What happens if I want to delete my account?

Every user can contact us at any time to fully delete their account and email address from the system's servers. Requests are honoured immediately, in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
